Confidential counseling and referral is available to all;  seniors, youth, single parents, families.

Karen has over 20 years experience providing counselling and referral support to all age groups and populations.  Karen can provide assistance for addictions, domestic violence, senior support, housing, budgeting, emergency food support and youth services.  All support is provided on a confidential basis.

ACS is a supportive partner of Interval House. Interval House is a shelter for women and their children in crisis. There are regular support groups that meet in various communities.
