We are Ancaster’s official source of information and referrals.
We provide information on a full range of social services available from all levels of government, the non-profit sector, the private voluntary sector, by individuals in the community and from the business sector.
Information is FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE. It is provided by telephone, in person, through correspondence or on the Internet.

Your questions are answered, using the human service database at www.inform.hamilton.ca or the business directory at www.hamiltonbusinessdirectory.ca. These are provided to the City of Hamilton 24/7 and FREE. ACS is responsible for maintaining a portion of these records as part of our partnership responsibilities with the group “Inform Hamilton”.
Inform Hamilton is a partnership of Ancaster, Dundas, Flamborough and Hamilton Community Services and Information Centres.
